
We developed a design exploration for Heavenly Luxury Chocolate to translate its fair-trade, single-origin credentials into a refined brand and packaging system. The brief was simple but exacting: communicate ethical provenance and exceptional quality in a way that resonates with gift buyers, retailers, and discerning direct-to-consumer shoppers, while supporting elevated price positioning. Our aim was to ensure that every element of the brand reflected both its ethical values and its premium appeal.


Our strategic approach was to ensure the brand’s ethical sourcing remained part of the story without compromising its luxury positioning. Rather than leaning solely on visual cues of provenance, the design conveys a sense of purity and responsibility through material choice, tone of voice, and a refined packaging system. This balance reassures ethically minded consumers while giving retailers confidence in the brand’s premium appeal.


Heavenly’s design system pairs a confident geometric pattern—for a striking, contemporary aesthetic—with bold colour palettes that differentiate each flavour. A black recycled-paper sleeve grounds the range with sophistication, while slate-grey bands frame the brand mark and product details.
The tactile papers and soft finishes convey quality in hand, while keeping sustainability at the forefront: fully recyclable sleeves and responsibly sourced boards minimise impact without compromising the premium feel.
This approach creates a distinctive presence on-shelf, ensures clear navigation between flavours, and positions Heavenly as a brand that balances modern luxury with ethical responsibility.



The result is a cohesive brand world that balances vibrancy and sophistication. Angular, geometric patterns and black sleeves give the identity a distinctive personality and premium edge. The system has been designed to command attention in boutique counters and premium retail bays, while scaling seamlessly across formats — from single bars to luxury gift boxes and seasonal assortments.
