We provide brand strategy, design, marketing and consultancy services primarily for FMCG, food, beverage, beauty and lifestyle brands. Specific deliverables and timelines are agreed with clients in writing prior to project commencement.
Payment schedules will be agreed in advance.
A deposit may be required to begin work.
All invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month overdue.
All creative work (including designs, concepts, copy and strategies) remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, usage rights will be transferred as specified in our project agreement.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, on social media and on our website, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
You agree to provide accurate, timely information and feedback.
Delays caused by client inaction may affect project timelines.
You warrant that all content or materials you supply (including logos, copy, images, etc.) are owned by you or licensed for use.
Both parties agree to treat all non-public information as confidential and not share it with third parties, unless required by law or agreed in writing.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage resulting from use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. In the event of termination, all completed work will be invoiced and any usage rights not paid for will be retained by us.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
